Queensland lockdown? Stop complying like sheep.  Read the government rules for yourself instead of relying on the media, and be ready for when you are challenged.  The actual wording is in your favour.

Triccy:
Right guys, I've been talking for a while, but there's something very important. I want to take you through the amount of people that came to me at the start of this mask mandate, which is about a month ago now, and they were freaking out. Tricky. What can we do? What can't we do? Do I have to wear the mask?

Like, man, how many times have we been through this? We're 18 months in and you ask me these questions, I don't have the time or the energy to spoon feed each and every one of you guys. It's very simple. You jump online, you look at the Queensland government website, you read through it. You highlight the areas that you think you can use.

Now we all know it's crap, but even in their own crap, we can use it against them and we can use it to go about our day the way we should be. Self-education.

I've highlighted a few things to go through quickly with you guys. Alright?

All shared parenting, child contact and civil contact arrangements can occur, not just court determined. So you've got a brother over that lives over there, maybe a brother from another mother with a couple of kids that he needs you look after. That's a childcare arrangement. That's an essential reason. According to this, you can travel for that.

You can go to your workplace or school to pick up the necessary equipment, work out where your work is. If you're anywhere along that line between your house and work, you can officially be going to your work to get something to use to work from home, a computer, laptop, some charger, whatever it may be. Guys, be creative.

Who here thinks when we're in lockdown? So this restrictions were from the lockdown. I'm talking about the lockdown. Okay?

Who here thought in the lockdown we could only travel 10 Ks from a home because you're wrong, right? It says it in the paperwork.

If your essential reason to leave your home is to exercise, then you have to stay within 10 Ks. Anything else? You can travel anywhere in southeast Queensland within the lockdown area. That's a big area. You're not locked down. You just think you are because you don't read things.

Now, you don't need to wear a mask unless you can't social distance. And everybody here looks to me pretty like they're on 1.5, so you don't have to wear a mask. Good to see, even in these periods, read this.

If it says that, I still see people walking around. I know they don't want to wear a mask, but they're wearing a mask because they think they have to. You don't have to wear it unless you can't. Social distance inside. Outside. You're in a workplace. 1.5. If you're outside 1.5 and you can be outside 1.5, you don't have to wear a mask.

That takes me up to medical exemptions for the masks. In Queensland, there are many different reasons for medical exemptions, right? Asthma's one of them. A lot of people have asthma.

If you get prescription from your doctor for asthma, you're exempt. You don't need to provide proof or certificate of exemption.

Now, everybody here, the thought of wearing a mask, knowing what's really going on would create some level of anxiety. Am I right? Yeah, you're all exempt. It's serious. That's a medical condition which they recognise, which makes you exempt from wearing a mask, right? So even if you're in 1.5, you don't need to wear a mask that's on camera. Welcome to the exempt club.

Now, I was sent home from my work because I couldn't wear a mask due to a medical condition with a valid medical exemption or still sent home on no pay. It says here, if you're an essential worker and you cannot wear a face mask due to a medical condition, and the word in these documents is very important. Okay? It says You are strongly encouraged to stay home unless you're vaccinated. Now, that strongly encouraged me as an individual. Thank you for that encouragement. I'm actually going to go to work and earn a living for my family. Thank you.

And I told my workplace, I wrote some emails to him and I said to HR, strongly encouraged, does not equate to the forceful removal of an employee against a will.  Stand your ground guys. Read this. Use it your advantage.

Another one, commercial construction can continue at occupied premises can continue. Right now, interactions should be kept to a minimum. This is important.

I want you guys to focus on this guys should, that doesn't mean anything. It's a guideline. Okay? If they say must, then you have to do it. Anything in here that says you should don't have to do it, it's up to you.

That's how the writing in these documents works, should and must are two very different things. So read it carefully. Highlight the areas that apply to you, which you think you can use.

So if you need to get goods, essential goods or services, goods or services, you can travel anywhere in the lockdown area. Remember this for next time. Have it in your head where you're going and why. And travel freely, flap your bloody wings like your bird.

You are providing care or assistance to a vulnerable person. Stop talking. You should stay within 10 kilometres off your home, wherever person, unless you are protecting a vulnerable person. So what's a vulnerable person? Guys? Where's the definition for vulnerable? Somebody that's feeling depressed or anxious. They're vulnerable. You can travel to go see them anywhere in the lockdown area.

Go through this document, have a read through yourself. It's still available. Highlight any areas you need to.

Some guys are going to anger me and say, let's go. Let's go. Well listen guys, the march, sorry to break you isn't going to win the war. Okay? Information like this to protect the people is going to make a big difference. On that note, we'll be walking soon.

Human Rights Act 2019, section 19 21, 22. Every person lawfully within Queensland has the right to move freely. Within Queensland, every person has the right to freedom of expression, and every person has the right to freedom of public assembly, which is what we're taking part in.

Now you have the right to be here. Section 13 states that these human rights can only be limited by control measures that are in proportion to the risk. How many people dead in Queensland this year from COVID? One death in eight months and we're getting locked into our homes like prisoners. That is disproportionate.
