The "elephant in the room" — jab mandates for health workers still exist. Future "emergencies" (monkey pox, polio in NY, etc.) incoming. Their response? Don't just complain — build the replacement.

Simone Matthews:
Hi everyone. It's so great to be back here and sharing with you again today. I really love the vision, the message and the theme of today, which is about our future.

Each and every one of us with the things that we do in our day-to-day life, the actions we take, the choices we make, we are actually creating our beautiful new world of our future.

There's no magical wand that it's going to make it happen. It's actually up to us to do it. And so each of you rock for being here today because you are walking the talk and creating our vibrant, healthy, connected and freedom loving communities of the future.

So don't forget to sign up for the TPR Connect because it's the connection through that that is creating the framework, the foundations, so we can do this together.

Now my name's Simon Matthews and I'm the co-founder of QHPA, which is the Queensland Health Practitioners Alliance.

Now we came together in November last year when the health mandates were rolled out and there was about 50 of us at the time and over the last eight months we have expanded into over 5,500 members from every area of health in our community. We've made some real inroads and we have had some amazing achievements and I'm not going to go through them here all today.

Just a couple of things that I would like to touch on as well as share some really good news with you.

The first achievement is we raised a substantial amount for legals and for those that you have been here before, you may have contributed to that. So thank you. And we've spent a lot of money on legals too, but we're also very supportive of a group of doctors that you saw here.

Andrew speaking before the rally and Dr. Robert Brennan with the work that they're doing in further legal action.

And also there's another legal action taking place at the end of this, well towards the end of this year and we're supportive of that because that legal action will actually benefit as well all Australians regardless of your profession as it relates to the mandates.

The second thing that we are proud of, but also at the same time breaks our hearts just a little bit is that we have been co-signatories on open letters to both the government as well as health officials.

One particular letter was a very long document of appendages going through the statistics and the data of why our children should not be jabbed, our babies.

And unfortunately, our voice wasn't heard, but what helps us to sleep at night, though I have had many sleepless nights, is or at least brings some sense of solace that there will time a crime in the future where those who are committing these crimes against humanity will be brought to account for the full extent of the law within our legal system or common law, whatever it takes.

And it brings us comfort that at least we've been a voice of sharing truth and being a drop in the ocean of a future of truth and transparency as it relates to healthcare.

So those are some of the things we've been working on, but what I wanted to share with you today is something, it's really good news because the elephant in the room here is, well, the jab mandates still exist for health practitioners. That has not been dropped. And we don't know what the future is.

That could be dropped tomorrow, but then what will be picked up in a future world, whether it's monkeypox, who knows? Polio just broke out in New York. So we don't know what the future brings, which means to quote a very wise person, sage-like wisdom, when the system's broken and our health system is certainly broken, let's create a new model. And that's exactly what we're doing. We are bringing together a team of people and creating United Health Australia.

So this won't just relate to Queensland. It is a vision for Australia-wide.

So we've already engaged a project management team, a professional team of individuals who are creating their firstly, they're doing research, visioning, creating a full project plan, which includes a budget and a detailed staging project plan of how we can make this possible.

So the reason I'm sharing this with you today is one, to bring you comfort. There is a future for healthcare here in Queensland in Australia, but also because we would love your help to be a voice in this visioning process.

When we look at healthcare in Australia today, it is a top-down approach. It's dictatorial. It's an autocratic system. Our health professionals through opera are gagged, they can't speak and you're told what you need for your health and wellbeing, get a job in order to keep your job. So if we're going to envision a new healthcare system, then we need to, the voice of the people, what do you want?

What will serve you and your families, your loved ones, your grandchildren, future generations emerging? What do you want from a healthcare system?

So we have created or our management team have created this survey online and we would love everybody here to fill this survey in. So if you've got your phone handy or if you've got a pen and paper, if you could write down our website URL, it's really easy and it's about 10 minutes to do the survey. So I'll give you the URL first. It's queensland HPA Health Practitioners Alliance. So qhpa.org and then forward/survey.

If you could carve out 10 minutes of your time, whether it's tonight or sometime tomorrow because the survey does close next week, we would love to hear your voice.

The whole theme of today's event is our future. And if we're going to create our future, then we need to be a voice from the people, not just health practitioners, from the people who, what is the healthcare that you need for your future?

And that voice is really important and we would love you to complete the survey. As a lovely little enticement too, there is a $250 organic food voucher to win from First Ray Organics. So everyone who completes the survey will be in the draw to win that food voucher.

So please, we'd love to hear from you and thank you. If you don't have a pen or paper or a phone, our tent up there, qhpa.org, right next to TPR connect and you can chat with us there. So thank you.
